Barbecue Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
4 lb baby back pork ribs
¾ cup brown sugar
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
2 cups of your favorite barbecue sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with 2 layers of foil, shiny side up.
Season the ribs on both sides with salt and pepper. Divide the liquid smoke evenly over ribs.
Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and Cayenne in a bowl. Apply the rub to all sides of the ribs.
Lay ribs on the prepared baking sheet meaty side down.
Lay two layers of foil on top of ribs and seal the edges by rolling and crimping the foil.
Bake for 2 to 2 ½ hours or until meat is falling away from the bone.
Remove from oven.
Heat broiler or grill to high.
Brush sauce on ribs then broil for 1 or 2 mins until sauce in hot and bubbly.
Turn ribs over and repeat on the other side.
