Meatloaf


Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs

  • ¾ cup milk

  • ½ cup Panko bread crumbs

  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion

  • 2 tbsp snipped parsley

  • 1 tsp each salt and pepper

  • 1 tsp sage

  • 1 ½ lbs Davidson Family Farms ground beef

  • 1 lbs Davidson Family Farms bulk ground sausage

    Glaze

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp dry mustard


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage and 1 tsp pepper. Add beef and sausage and mix well.  Pat mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 75 mins.  Spoon or pour off excess fat.  Combine ingredients for the glaze and spread over the meat.  Return to oven for 10 mins.
