Special Steak Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup vegetable oil

  • ¾ cup soy sauce

  • 4 tblsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tblsp dry mustard

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp course black pepper

  • ½ cup wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp dried parsley flakes

  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

Mix all together and marinade the steaks for an hour or so.  Makes 3 cups
